The My Genius unit for flashing requires a Win8 ,10 or 11 operating system. This would be either a desktop or laptop with at least 4GB of Ram, at least 25GB open on your HDD or larger, a Quad or above processor and an internet connection to update the software and the most recent updates to your Windows system. You can only use a Mac running Bootcamp also in which were the Intel based units .

Softronic sends the MyGenius already updated so if this is not possible to install the software to transfer the files you can simply read out the car and send just the handheld back to us to then load the files for you. This is easily done by putting it in a USPS small flat rate box for $10 or any other way you choose. This would eliminate the requirement of having to use a PC completely.
